Premier Blue Oyster Bash

A Night of Music, Art & Friends, Saturday, February 2nd at the incredible Founders Hall at Charles Towne Landing. This brand new fundraiser will help “Friends” meet our goal of raising over $50,000 for Child Life Services at MUSC Children’s Hospital.

In addition, we are asking each Active Member to sell FIVE tickets to the event. We are selling tickets online thru the link below. There is a spot at the end of the purchase where the purchaser can tell who recommended them to the Blue Oyster Bash so we will know of your recommendations.

We are asking for your support by procuring FIVE auction item donations to our silent auction to help us meet our fundraising goal! Anything goes!

We would like each auction item we present to be valued at $100, but will pair lesser items together. Let us know when you have procured an auction item so we don't make duplicate asks to the same company/individual.

We would need auction items by Friday, January 18 so we can organize them and get our auction packages together. We are working on a drop-off location and date...more to come. Please include with your form a receipt or letter on official letterhead stating the date, value, and description of the gift.


If you know of any businesses or individuals that would like to participate in the event as a SPONSOR, we also have sponsorship levels of $1,000, $2,000, and $4,000. We would need their company logos/individual names and sponsorship information by Thursday, January 17 (in order to be listed on our printed material). So, your job as an Active Member is to get FIVE auction items, sell FIVE tickets, and also bring in a bottle of liquor, wine or a six-pack of craft beer for our auction.

And to.... PROMOTE, PROMOTE, PROMOTE...on FaceBook, Twitter, other social media, on your personal website, in conversations, anyway and anywhere!! Look forward to a hugely successful event thanks to your help!!
